AgrAbility PA, established in Pennsylvania through a partnership between Penn State Extension and UCP Central PA, has been supporting farmers since its inception under USDA funding. The program is dedicated to helping farmers and agricultural workers with disabilities or long-term health conditions remain active and independent in production agriculture. It offers services such as on-site farm assessments, assistive technology recommendations, and referrals to additional support resources—all at no cost. AgrAbility PA plays a vital role in ensuring that physical challenges don’t prevent farmers from continuing their work and sustaining their livelihoods.
