AGRIcarrières, founded in 1995 in Québec, is a sectoral workforce committee dedicated to agricultural production. The organization supports farmers by enhancing employment, training, and human resource development across the province. Through partnerships and collaboration, AGRIcarrières provides tools, guidance, and access to agricultural employment centers to help producers recruit and manage staff effectively. Their mission is to strengthen the prosperity of Québec’s agricultural sector by cultivating skilled, passionate, and resilient farm teams.
