Agricultural Health and Safety Network

Founded in 1988 and based at the University of Saskatchewan, the Agricultural Health and Safety Network is part of the Canadian Centre for Rural and Agricultural Health. It serves over 21,000 farm families across 204 rural municipalities in Saskatchewan, promoting health and safety through education, outreach, and research. The Network provides farmers with resources on occupational hazards, mental health, and injury prevention, including clinics, fact sheets, and safety campaigns 2. Its work helps improve the well-being of agricultural communities by addressing the unique health challenges faced by rural populations.
